I'm Shelby, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a wife, a believer and a lover of all things outdoors! Growing up overseas allowed me the opportunity to travel the world and experience various cultures. I have always had a passion to help others, so I became a therapist to do my best to show love and support to those around me.
I want to thank you for having the courage to explore counseling. This is a challenging experience that I hope we can walk through together. You are not alone!
In our time together, I believe it is my responsibility to be there for you, but also challenge you emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I hope to provide a place where you feel safe to process your experiences, develop a healthy therapeutic relationship with you and address the demands you are experiencing in everyday life.
Counseling is not easy and it is up to each individual to decide if you are ready for this challenge. You have to make the hard decisions and implement changes, but I will do my best to partner with you through this journey.

Sessions: $100- $170
15 Minute Phone Check-in: $30
Preparation of Documents (Per Client Request): $2/minute
Non-Insured/Out-of-Network: $100
